About the Event

     Join WaveRadio Boston and the WRBRocks.com radio show hosts for an evening of fantastic live music at the First Annual Rockin’ for Rent fundraising concert event. Proceeds will support the continued existence of the WRB studio and performance stage that has provided an outlet and community for both music creators and music lovers since 2017. WaveRadio Boston has hosted over 150 music acts in studio for live performance broadcasts in just six years. There are very few places for musicians to go where they can promote their art to this extent without fees.
     The station has become a go-to for hearing the best in up-and-coming artists as well as new music from artists you already know, all mixed in with favorites from earlier years. WRB’s goal is to continue offering this radio revival that is driven by real people, not a corporation. Thank you for continuing to support WaveRadio Boston.
     For the event location, we’ve selected a music venue that is known for high-quality sound and hosting both local and national acts. It will take place at Taffeta in Lowell, MA on September 16, 2023. Doors at 5:00 PM/Show at 6:00 PM ET.
