We had a celebration of Lowell athletes and the events in the city. We had Amelyiah Martinez & her Grandfather and friend of Huddle Gary Morrison in studio to talk about Amelyiah’s great success. She’s currently a senior on the Lowell High Girls Wrestling Team and looks to defend her heavyweight division 1 Title. In addition to that, she’s also a 2x Mass All State wrestler & the current New England Heavyweight champ.
Our guy Terry Moran, Production Director of the Lowell Golden Gloves called in. “The Gloves” are held every year from January – early March at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. We learned more the New England Championship and the charitable movement behind event.
We talked Pats & the NFL playoffs with Paulie G to cap the show.
