Merrimack Valley Thunder: Local Baseball & Patriots Lore

THE ALL-IN SPORTS HUDDLE

Merrimack Valley Thunder joined the broadcast alongside Center Sports to talk local diamond dominance, community outreach, and the state of the game. Hit play on the on-demand replay to catch all the baseball breakdowns, vintage Patriots lore, and hard-rock anthems.

Even after setting the clocks back, we jumped out of the gate with pure momentum. Glenn Doherty from Center Sports stepped into the studio alongside Ryan Doherty and Colin Clancy representing GameTime Lions Den and Merrimack Valley Thunder Baseball Club. We went deep into their personal stories, recapped the World Series, analyzed the state of grassroots baseball, and highlighted their core mission to develop young athletes across the region. We also put a major spotlight on their community Coat and Outerwear Drive, which provides vital warmth to local families in need.

The sports history did not stop there. Patriots Historian Bob Hyldburg returned to the broadcast with incredible vintage stories and looked ahead to the rivalry showdown against the Miami Dolphins, because walking away with a road win in South Florida is never a walk in the park. Plus, with high school playoff action officially in full swing, the energy in New England sports is off the charts.
